These Terms govern the use of ecuinmueble.com and the consultation services offered by Inmobiliaria Ecuinmueble S.A.S. By using the site you expressly accept what is described here.
1. Purpose
The site offers information about a private participation program in housing projects in Ecuador. The information on the site is commercial in nature and does not constitute a public offering under art. 1 of the Ecuadorian Securities Market Law.
2. Nature of the program
The program is offered by a private company. It is not a governmental program and does not carry any State guarantee. Participation involves risks, including the possible partial or total loss of the invested capital.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the site, download content for personal use and contact us through the form. It is prohibited to: (a) automate requests; (b) modify the site; (c) use the brand without written authorization.
4. Consultation form
Sending the form does not create any obligation to participate in a project or contract any service. Any binding relationship is formalized in a separate contract signed afterwards.

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ecuadorian law, Ecuinmueble is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site. Past results do not guarantee future results.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the civil judges of the Quito canton, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
