This Privacy Policy describes how Inmobiliaria Ecuinmueble S.A.S. (“Ecuinmueble”) processes the personal data collected through ecuinmueble.com, in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP, 2021) and its regulation in force in 2026.
1. Data controller
Inmobiliaria Ecuinmueble S.A.S., Tax ID (RUC) 1793221844001, domiciled at Av. Amazonas N39-123 & Arizaga, Amazonas 100 Building, 8th floor, Quito, Ecuador. Data Protection Officer (DPO): dpo@ecuinmueble.com.
2. Data we collect
When you complete the consultation form we collect: name, email and the content of the message. Automatically and only with your consent (Consent Mode v2), we may record your truncated IP address, device type and referring page through Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
3. Purposes
Data is used to: (a) contact you with information about the program; (b) measure site performance in an aggregated manner; (c) handle requests for ARCO+P rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability). We do not sell data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Unequivocal consent when submitting the form (art. 7 LOPDP) and for optional cookies; legitimate interest in site security and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Retention
We retain form data for 24 months, unless a longer legal obligation applies. Analytics data is aggregated after 14 months.
6. Third parties and international transfers
We use Google LLC (United States) as a processor for advertising and analytics, under standard contractual clauses approved by Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Authority.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your ARCO+P rights by writing to dpo@ecuinmueble.com. We respond within 15 business days. If you consider that we have violated your rights, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We will publish any modification on this same page with the update date. Substantial changes are notified by email to registered users.
